We Can not open fridge door for several minutes after closing due to vacuum. Temperature control very poor. Vegetables gets frozen and gets spoilt. Overall poor quality performance. Do not recommend Grundig make.

The contact by the service agent on the telephone was a similar standard its all down to Covid response. I have invested in a Grundig product and expect better customer service if I have to raise a warranty claim. WebFailing to get an answer from Grundig direct I found a local Grundig approved service company and an engineer came quickly and fixed the problem. I paid him £163 for parts and labour, see attached invoice. I phoned Grundig twice more to submit a warranty claim but again the phone was never answered.
