WebMay 7, 2024 · The frigi-fresh is the professional solution. There are also other dedicated evaporator cleaning kits that will effectively fill the evaporator compartment with a cleaning foam. These work a lot better than Lysol or Ozium. I have not tried it on a Volt, but it should be the same as other cars. I live in a humid area where this is a major problem.

Then change mode to Foot Warmer, spray Frigi-Fresh, change mode to Windshield Defroster and spray Frigi-Fresh. Do a similar process in Max Heat (highest temp). Repeat process as needed.
