WebThe regeneration effect of the implant is extremely slow at 1 HP every 10 seconds. If you want passive health regeneration, e.g. for Dead Money, you're much better off with the Solar Powered perk (1 HP per second if the game is patched) or Rad Child perk (2 HP per second for each stage of radiation sickness).

Another bug is the gun damage was lowered by too much, the ColtN99 10mm was doing 13 dmg at guns 100.
