The dlc is pretty good so far at least. Unfortunately the event is scripted and there's no way to save the caravan. I also thought that I had done something wrong when I first entered Zion. WebEven if you don't use mods to change the game, at least get New Vegas Anti-crash and fallout 4gb. The first is self explainable, and fallout 4gb just changes the game to use 4gb of ram instead of two. This helps to prevent crashes caused by too much memory being used. Of course, this is all assuming you're playing on pc.
