The structure of -AN fittings supports the inside of the flare eliminating the necessity for double flare. All "double flare" means is that the tubing is flared and then doubled back upon itself. The best I could find are fuel filters with 16mm – 1.5 threads on each end where I would have to use a brass adapter to go from this metric end (which requires a special adapter with an o-ring on it) to the 3/8” inverted flare.
